it's possible there won't be a trade because of this market
bounce, so I have to wait until 2 min after the close to send the
email if there's one to confirm
the reason why 2 min is because the SPY bar does not offically
close until 2 min after the close on TS probably because they are
still closing orders. It is what it is, the daily bar doesn't
stop updating unit 4:02 instead of 4:00
