Ive had problems with that before. I was told that the
stock has to be offered at your limit to get filled, not simply
trade through. That would have been illegal on any exchange
trading floor I ever worked on but I guess this is what happens
when your orders are sold to HFTs.

Never been in this position. TD AMER can't trade online, over phone and on hold with costumer service over an hour.
