this morning when the market was down and the exit conditions were
once again being met like I commented yesterday, kind of wish I had
done that. With next week being Thanksgiving could give a bid to
the market.

regarding the tight Bollinger Bands on the VIX I commented on it last night, it does suggest a bigger up move in the VIX sometime soon.
what can also happen is a quick down move in the VIX then an up reversal
generally you see the VIX
