Matt or Steve what do you think of this chart? Matt said this morning it might bounce off the trendline ? Is it still a good entry?  I've been waiting for the oversold bounce

    We posted several charts earlier

We posted several charts earlier today (when it reversed) on Natural Gas with lower risk triggers following a very steep decline.  A daily trigger would have been above yesterday's highs and followed by a stop at 50% of today's candle or some partial profits depending upon your style.   I like to lock down profits with this backdrop.

One thing about Natgas - often times (not always) the first move is a trade and then look for a backtest (higher low or divergent low).  If trading Natgas, you really should be monitoring the Natgas Futures.

I just looked at daily charts and both UNG and UGAZ tagged and closed near their ema (5) yesterday. In hindsight could a short trade have been taken there? Would that be considered a trigger for DGAZ ?

retirefire - that (the 5 ema) would be the first area of supply - best to track the futures if trading Natgas.  I warned  about a pullback on the first pop yesterday afternoon as something more likely to happen

The natural gas futures retraced EXACTLY .618 of yesterday's move and now attempting to bounce (monitor)
