so that new sub system will on average add, so typically about 4 trades a year on average.  So not a ton, but helps. So that's 20 sub systems now, every bit helps

    Took data from Matt on

Took data from Matt on SPY Pro and looked at compounding it each year. i.e. raise equity at year end to add in all profits from trades in that year - compounds at about 30% per annum.  Data and equity curve below.  10k becomes 3.9mn - enough for 6,420 years of BPT (unless Matt raises the price in that timeframe of course).

    Thanks sonofrebel

Hi Matt,   Do you know how many long trades a year you anticipate from all the subsystems combined (based on backtesting)  and also what the average number of open subsystem trades would be at any one time?

I realize the new Hi Probability SPY system has not been trading all that long but just wondered based on any backtesting you have done.  Thanks!

    I can't answer that fully

I can't answer that fully yet at this time until I take the time and go over each year and compile the data

anyway as far as number of trades, I like to count each trade entry as a trade, even 2nd and 3rd entries. Since May 8th the systems have had 7 trades; 7 ETF trades and 7 option trades
