sorry to hear that, but you had an exit plan and you stuck
to it, so that's what matters.
For me I turned slightly positive on that 5 min falling wedge I
posted and then once symmetry was broken that turned me intra day
bullish. On sell off's I always look for those wedges and
intra day symmetry breaks

Got whipsawed as I had to cover my short which I initiated when price broke the trend line.. Tough market..
