I will be very surprised ... The foundation for the company has
already been laid and now its ready for the next leg up... Moreover
the products are revolutionary. The recent Audi etron (full
electric) comes no where close to model S or X. Even a lot of
motor magazine analysts agreed. Its not a bad idea for a new
level headed CEO to take over. Tesla is one of the jewels of
American engineering that we can be proud of. I dont know
about the stock price but company and product wise - its
unimaginable. I owned quite a few luxury vehicles BMW,Range Rover
Autoiography, Porsche Panamera Turbo (new edition) and now the
model S P100.... Nothing wowed me more than the Tesla... But
anyways enough of this.... As long as your short works out and you
make money - who cares :-) - Maybe you can buy a model S with that
lotto ..hehe
Yes I've owned quite a few luxury, mostly sports vehicles
myself, BMW's etc. I currently own a 2013 M3 hard top
convertible. Obviously the Tesla can't handle like the M3 but
I loved how the Model 3 drove vs the Model S. The Model 3
felt a lot more nimble, sporty, which it should. I like the
larger portrait screen more on the Model S but otherwise I've been
leaning to trade my M3 in for a Tesla Model 3. Only thing is,
my daughter loves the convertible, she'd probably hate me at first
if I did that. LOL come on dude I can afford a Model S,
I just don't have the need for that car and for my needs it's not
worth it for me to spend twice the money. I don't drive
enough as it is, sort of like Steve, I'm home all day, heck
my 2013 M3 has 13,000 miles on it, stupid for me to spend
$140K for a Model S 100D! So Model 3 would fit me better if I
were to get one. Here's a pic to took late today, I should
have put the top down as well and taken some pics, just wasn't
time.
Also I tend to be fairly frugal with cars, can't stand buying
new cars, only vehicle I ever bought brand new bought was a 2017
Chrysler Pacifica minivan for the wife, otherwise my style is to
try and buy a used high end car with very low miles so that it's
already taken maybe 50% depreciation. Like my M3, I bought
that in 2016 for $40,000 with only 4,600 miles on it. Brand
new it stickered for $78K, so I paid basically 1/2 price for
essentially a brand new car (4,600 is basically new). However
for Telsa 3 I'd obviously have to buy new
