know a lot of members struggle with pulling the trigger, though I
think most of you on the trading community are good traders, but
most members are not posting here. Started keeping a list of
BPT ideas where I set GTC buy limit orders let them fill like like
someone who works a job. Then sell 50% of the position on the
first move on a trim, and the final 50% higher or at the trial
stop. That's why you see two % gain columns, one for the
scale out and one for the final exit. Some positions are still open
like TAN and VOYA, CRSP, PGTI, QTNA. I may eventually share
this online document and you can just follow it. You would simply
have it open, you would see when I update stops etc. I'm not
ready to share it yet just experimenting with stuff trying to
figure out details etc.
again I have so many irons in the fire. I still want to
put together the list of 10 - 20 large cap stocks with the systems
like on AAPL but have 10 - 20 of them, all takes time

Matt. Love the idea of swing traders log. It will help us
understand how a successful trader thinks and trades is real time.
It will be a tremendous learning experience for me and
others trying to get a handle on what might work and what
wouldn't according to each trader's style. Please consider doing
it. Your truly go the extra mile. Thx
totally agree with oakavekid. the struggle i've been
having is in how to manage the trades once they trigger. even
after-the-fact case studies of how you managed several winning and
losing trades would be a huge help
Matt, since this a swing trading website an idea will be to give
priority first to finish the swing trading list and then once is
done you can aim all your resources and focus on the stock system
(probably will take longer to finish)

I appreciate the efforts at creating something that works for us
in a 9-5 job. I can check in during the morning, lunch, and end of

That would be a great idea (many of us have day time jobs) to
put a table like this at the bottom of the news letter with entry
points for new ideas like KEY and RF

Matt, since this a swing trading website an idea will be to give priority first to finish the swing trading list and then once is done you can aim all your resources and focus on the stock system (probably will take longer to finish)
