GDX - Chart Link- it has broken out of that pattern and pulled back but the pullback still stayed above the pattern. If one is long and wanted to give it room I see no reason to have a stop wider than 21.5 now, the last higher low

nah not yet, just seeing if it holds in here, I have a position so just managing that and seeing how it holds first
