Hello everyone, as you may know, the AAPL system has been long
via the Pullback Sub system since Wed last week at the lows.
The system is going back to cash today as prices have moved
higher from last week. The Pullback sub system trades are
generally very short term trades. I've included images
showing all the sub systems, the statistics for this particular sub
system, as well as an image zoomed in on this particular
trade.
The 3rd image shows a zoomed in view of the sub system, the
reason I'm doing this is to give those of you an option if you
wished to hold the trade longer. One option would be to
simply place a stop at today's candle low, that is above where the
system entered the trade. Again it's your choice, the system
is officially going back to cash today at the close, however if you
wished to hold or old some of the position outside of the system
one could use a stop at today's lows. I drew a downtrend line
above, if AAPL can clear that downtrend line then the stock should
go to new highs.
Hi John - regarding the Trend Long sub system for the SPY
system, that system is going to continue holding for now, my guess
is that it could close out tomorrow but most likely will be
Wednesday! I'll of course let everyone know! it's been
a nice little trade as well
Sure has been. Bought 50% SPY(up 1.2% so far) and 50% XIV
(up 10.2% so far). If XIV doesn't nosedive before closing
out, it'll pay for a BPT subscription for many years to come...
