Hey Pinguin- I had a game called 'Speculator' in the 1980s (it was on 5.25" floppy and for the original IBM PC) given to me by my Dad.  In it, you could" trade" commodities like gold, crude oil and orange juice --although you had to wait for your order to go from a stick figure phone clerk to the pit!!.  Ten years later I was trading in that same OJ pit. Thirty years later I'm talking about it here!  Never too young to catch the bug.  Maybe try to find a similar "game" for them to "play".  Or else maybe try a paper trading account.  Maybe you guys can all compete with eachother!!

    The good old days for sure. I still have memories of using a TRS-80 my parents bought me when I was in first or second grade. Thanks for the idea!
