Anything's possible, but I put a buyout of Twitter just slightly ahead of the possibilities for Yelp. It's too big for most, and Google doesn't buy competitors. Fundamentally, it is not a sound business model and the ad cycle is slowing. Maybe they beat for the quarter, but strength is a chance to get out.
