Anything's possible, but I put a buyout of Twitter just slightly
ahead of the possibilities for Yelp. It's too big for most, and
Google doesn't buy competitors. Fundamentally, it is not a sound
business model and the ad cycle is slowing. Maybe they beat for the
quarter, but strength is a chance to get out.

now we'll see if it can push through that trendline. I added a few things to the daily chart:
1. Note the MACD kiss, and 2. note the RSI bounce off the 20 MA.
Short term on the 60 min chart the pause here makes some sense since it hit a symmetry target.
