lot more volatile before it's over ... while I agree that the
epileptic levels seen in 2008 might never been seen again, if
you look back in recent history, the Mid-20's aren't excessively
high ...

if you connect the trendline from the open of the 2009 to high of 2011 its somewhere around 35
