Do you think XHB and ITB look set to rally technically? Although Bonds are getting hit due to taper talk, do you think home builders will rally or go dwon with the bonds?

Coolhat..if ITB can form a lower high (currently trying to achieve) then it is poised for at least another leg higher. Watch for a buy trigger.
