interesting-- but free-floating #s like don't mean much if they can't be measured against a base #. That's why stats can always be so manipulated. Sure 358 may sound like a lot, but what % of the popluation is it? that contect would give it some wieght &  real meaning. Maybe it's mentioned in text- but I didn't see.
