one thing you have to realize, BPT does not spend a dime on
advertising. We don't spend thousands of dollars a month on
Google Adword campaigns and other promotions. I can show
you websites (who I've talked with) that will spend 20 - 50K
in a month at times on a promotion. We do that in order to
get some traffic because we don't pay for traffic like most
sites
We do not do this so that we can keep membership costs low.
BPT has mainly grown by word of mouth (members telling
friends/family), and not from paid website promotions.
I always thought very highly of BPT for being so generous to
non-subscribers, and it was the freebies that convinced me to
subscribe. Matt and Steve aren't sharing any "secret winning
stocks", they are sharing their knowledge on how to read the charts
- you still need to use your brain to execute a good trade and I
doubt the number of people reading is enough influence the most
liquid stocks.

I actually came to BPT 2-3 yrs ago because a friend of mine sent
me one of Matt and Steve's free newsletters.....without them doing
that I would've never landed here....
Oh my goodness, It sure has paid my subscription price
over and over. I do have to listen and pay attention which is
not too good. When I pay attention to newsletter i do
well..

But the cost of BPT is comparable to other financial website; even slightly on the high end.
Not for what Matt & Steve do on a daily basis....
