The MACD & Stochastics for Silver have only just started to
really roll over now. If this plays out, then there may well be
considerable downside for the metal. Down to $30 should be a given
from the current levels
I have been watching physical silver for a while, now that the
price is dropping the price you have to pay over the spot price is
rising. It was $ 2.50 over spot and now is $ 3.45 over spot. You
can not win. I have used SLV but that has drawbacks as well.
Silver was 51% away from the 'rubber band' 200 day MA, so it
needed to snap back a bit. That's how parabolic runs are,
they play with your emotion trying to entice you to jump on board
late in the game, which is what the 'masses' do. The time to
buy gold and silver is on deep pullbacks, not chasing parabolic
moves, that's what you do in bull markets. Anyway we'll see
what unfolds from here
