Bottom of bollinger band, mild positive divergence on RSI5, and MACD. Retail sentiment on NDX was 85  at the Feb high.  From  Friday at 90% retail bulls. Rich territory. I can see a falling wedge on a 10 minute chart of SQQQ at bottom of wedge. Looked like a wave 3 peak on Friday in NDX.
