This is the formula I'm using for my buy alert in StrategyDesk.

(ExpMovingAverage[EMA,Close,16,0,15] > ExpMovingAverage[EMA,Close,34,0,15] AND ExpMovingAverage[EMA,Close,16,0,15,1] <= ExpMovingAverage[EMA,Close,34,0,15,1])
