Are there any US energy companies that have exposure to oil and
have low debt that anyone likes or is looking at? Trying to build a
list of potential companies to watch for longer term buy and hold,
but I'm not a fundamental guy so I'm not sure which are considered
to be the better low debt ones.

For those of you that understand Elliot Wave, I'm curious is
this a possible scenario? We could be in a larger wave 2 in an ABC
correction? I know there's a lot of consensus that we are in
a large ABC with much lower prices to go, but I'm curious is this
is also a potential scenario to monitor or if it breaks EW rules.

Well stated. If anything, I'd like more system trades!! It makes
managing emotions easier. For those that aren't sure what to do
with all of the system trades, you could pick to only trade certain
setups. In other words, pick to say only trade the QE longs and
shorts system, and don't trade the other 19 systems. This goes back
to you figuring out what works best for your situation. The
systems are tools we can use to determine
non-emotionally/non-subjectively entries and exits. If you don't
understand how to manage taking long and short trades at the same
time, then pick one sub-system and only take those trades, that's
going to be the simplest way to do it. Go look at the stats under
the Systems tab, find the system that has the best win rate or the
one that triggers the most often and just trade that one. Overtime
you'll get more comfortable playing more of the different systems
both long and short system trades at the same time.

Matt can the ES Breakout take a 3rd entry or would it just stop
out before doing that? I thought it normally takes 3rd entries but
you mentioned the other day depending on how far price falls it may
stop out soon...so just curious on the rules on that one. Hope you
feel better soon!

They did if they have more losses then wins and smaller wins
then losses lol. Aka, the old saying isn't blank and white.

I think the timeframe depends on the person on what they find
effective. I can't imagine trading off charts that are just a
handful or seconds per candle but some people are successful. I've
found the 15 min for day trading MES to be better for me because
it's slower, and I don't get as chopped up as on a 3-5 min.
Obviously depending on what you use as a trigger, you won't get as
many on the higher timeframe, then a 1-3 min.
