XBI strong this morning. Not sure what got into KNSA, up 10%

I think it was a stop run and not really news related, but who knows. I used it as a chance to go long IWM. (I know I said I was done for the week, but oh well)

Yes, Digi, that's a good way of thinking about it.. I look at the $VVIX signal pretty much the same as I look at a $VIX buy signal. Not something to buy reflexively, but a factor in the bull column. I do like when they both happen together.

Yes, do remember. We're going to get that buy signal barring some late day collapse, which doesn't see imminent. Probably sideways drift into the holiday weekend. $VVIX has been known to be a day earlier on buy signals

$HYG Hourly vs. $SPX - positive divergence

$VVIX - gave a buy signal yesterday, closing back within the upper band

Volume breadth has been strong. Nearly 4:1 up volume to down volume on NYSE

I thought the $SPX might get up to backtest the red trend line, but so far it has only backtested (and failed at) the blue channel

KNSA - BPT pick I missed on the breakout. Bought some on the backtest of 9 ema. Up a little. We'll see what happens in the broader market backdrop
