SPX is already up close to 5% ytd .  Not too far off from the average.

It’s bullish. Inflation is dropping. 

Sounds like they ramped up too much and now are adjusting.

In this case I would say bullish. It's a reversal signal and  If trend was down then it should break up (or vice versa).

My son lives in Mexico City and works as journalist. Parts of the city are like Beverly Hills and large parts are like a European city. Of course there are parts you don't want to go like any other metropolitan city. I visited last fall and loved it.
