Fed Ex getting hammered. Competition with Amazon doesn't
bode well for their margins. Dear I say that Amazon paid very
little corporate taxes too (We probably pay higher tax rate).
Two years ago avg corporate tax rate was 23%, now 11%.
agreed and let us know the Fib retracement levels on pullbacks.
Then we can all be in on the fun. They need the rally
to keep going so the big pensions stay a float.
Global liquidity (Feds balance sheet was forced to expand due to
repo market issue starting in August), Interest rates and
unemployment. The last two I pay attention too because easier
for me to scrub that data. Once unemployment and interest
rates turn up then economy starts to contract.
When your gardener tells you to buy stocks and has a hot stock
tip. Although I will say that in late 2007 I was buying
treasury coupons yielding 5% and my broker at the time (big firm
will not mention) laughed at told me that was too conservative and
buying stocks made much more sense. Then in 2008, I asked him
if I was too conservative now? As this big firm had to be saved by
the Fed.
My feelings are (no math to back this up) we hit an intermediate
wave 5 today tgt and slop and chop downward to wave 4
(3068 ish area) then push up to wave 5 and scream to the top of the
apex in January. Then see where we are in "phase 2" of
Chyna.
