GNC.   I know we all think of GNC as a protein powder and protien bars type of store (at least I do).  But with the Coronavirus people are going to want to build there immune system.  Vitamin C is essential for that and Vitamin C supplement is one of the things that you can do to help maintain your immune system.  With all the box stores being ransacked for Vitamin C variants.  I think that GNC could become a winner as they sell a lot of different kinds of Vitamin C supplements, powders, etc...  The stock has been thrashed and left for dead.  It is near all time historic lows.  In my personal opinion the risk/reward is a good one for me at least.  Same with buying Blue Apron last week.  That one propped up from the dead and I made a nice profit.  I will look to get back into APRN on next pullback (unless it sells off below support on the Daily chart).  I will look to open a position in GNC monday (not trading advice just my opinion).  

$WTIC.   5/5 (ABC).  I think we should get a really nice trade able bottom on oil (if not already there).  There will be some great bargains here.   Everyone is focused on the Coronavirus but there is money to be made in them hills.   I bought some May 15 USO calls atm friday at the close.  

Stem Cell could become a good adjunct to Antiviral before a credible vaccine is developed.   I have two companies I like in this space (Stem Cells).  One I started a position in last week is :  BCLI  and the other one is SGMO    ( I do not have a position in this one yet).

I nibbled on some April 17th calls at the money on the close today.  See how things shake out Monday.  Hoping we get a cure over the weekend

This week was a boxing match with Tyler Fury.  12 rounds.  

Most of China factories will be opening 3/10.   Word from my Chinese business friends.  

GILD- calls up  73% today.   Still holding.  

$ES@2906.  Closed @2967.   And that is how we dooz it!   

I have a 3200 TGT for next week.  This is not trading advice.  Just my charting tgt.

GLD May 15 Puts at the money.  Bearish div on Daily and I have a $150 TGT on the 120m. 

I have learned to remove all emotion out of trading.   You have to be "serial killer" like and not get influenced by a past result, negative result, etc....  Last year I did 20 sessions of Neurofeedback where the Phd neuro guy tailored the treatments to stock trading and sort of reprogramming my brain pathways.  Its pretty cool.  Insurance doesnt cover and cost me $120/30 min sesstion and would do two a week.  This guy works with professional sports athletes, ex.  A MLB player helping him recognize better pitch recognition.  

With stocks, i always put in trailing stops and let the stock take me out of the trade.

GILD- May  15 Calls bought this am  $90@3.0.  I am reading stories of some US patients that are getting a new drug to help them and seem to be recovering.  I do not have inside information but looking at the map, GILD is the only company that I have read that has an antiviral drug and vaccine that were both in Phase 3 trials.  Most other companies are in Phase 1 and 2, now that doesn't mean that they cannot get fast tracked and start human trials.  I just like GILD and their position of strength right now and the long term chart ( I posted last night of a Monthly cup and handle).  

My TGT was achieved right before the open.  Closed out my $ES short from yesterdays close.   Now building some long positions for next week.
