Matt, it words well, been using a tool for it for well over a decade. When I had E signal it worked amazing in real time. I have EOD data now for daily charts using a tool from the Foundation for the Study of cycles. Glad to talk about it if you like

been on here for well over a decade and rarely post, but this one got to me. Parkinson's and Dementia here with my dad, though recently the doctor said he was mistaken it was not Parkinson's, but definitely dementia. We worked together for almost 20 years, and I grew the business he started before taking it over He has had epilepsy since I was in college, which doesn't help. Just two weeks ago my mom and dad up and moved to Big Sky country, away from the Great State of Texas. I know I have maybe a half dozen times to see him in person before he might not recall it, and after being next to him for 20 years it has done something to me that is unexplainable. But I agree, memories and legacy is why we are here. Best to enjoy what you have had and what you can have. 

I use one but I have it vertically next to two 32 inch monitors stacked on top of each other. My curved is larger than 34, though I am not in the office and cannot recall how large it is - but I love that setup

Steve, what did you think of the PRED numbers released last night?

Matt, I was thinking about the options and wondered what your thoughts would be on selling puts at the long signals. Seems like you might be able to take an entry that if it pulls lower you then might get put the spy at a much lower entry than the original signal - plus the premium discount you got for selling. Any thoughts?

CCI - Matt do you have a preferred setting on the CCI? I notice 14 on most of yours which i believe is standard, but just wondering. I have seen some posts in here by others at 20, just wondering your preferred. thanks

Unless I am mistaken in looking at past history on the ES the system has taken phenomenal shorts before. I just think that it did not trigger in time. It will happen. 

So now can you tell us that the SPY actually did not close out? :)

Correct but many times a signal present during one day is gone by the end of the day, so who knows if that one was still there the following day, Feb 16th

Ok so I'm not crazy. Seemed like the system never got the sell signal after the actual SPY settlement data. So if it's still long does it make sense to at least track it for the sake of the system?

Correct but your wording in the post the morning after sounded like the signal did not hit and you were just closing it out anyways. 

To me it sounded like the trade was still long but the odd signals just made you want to close it out anyway.  You mentioned there was no signal to close the next day when you refreshed the trade was not closed out. So is it still long?
