Hi Matt, QLD went below

Posted by pmahoney on 5th of Jan 2024 at 04:18 pm

Hi Matt, QLD went below the daily KISS STS of 71 today.  Does it change on the list or does it only change if it is below the STS at close?  Thanks!

Seems like the QLD 78

Seems like the QLD 78 min sell signal was pretty good.  When can we start seeing that, Matt?

Best loan rate from Tesla is 6.49%

Market is going to need to fight against higher longer term yields for foreseeable future.  Fed is not coming to the rescue anytime soon with GDP growth so high and could raise again.  Consumers will continue to spend, spend, spend  until they hit their credit card limits.   Food prices still high, gas prices still high, car prices still high.   More and more debt coming.

Hi Matt, I thought you had a BMW M series.  Is this the more fuel efficient Civic Type R?

Have a friend that works for the IRS.  He loves the shutdowns because he will eventually get paid for not working during the shutdown!!   It's a vacation!  The Federal Gov't only have 4 million employees which pales to state and local totals.

I remember when BYND was all the rage with the stock in the 200s.  A few years later, no one wants it.  Just another fad.

Will EV batteries be like

Will EV batteries be like PCs in the late 80s and 90s with price performance gains over the next 20 years???  With Toyota's battery plans, EVs really go mainstream in 5 years.  This is what most people are waiting for.    https://www.yahoo.com/news/toyota-planning-ev-900-mile-200000356.html

I'm hearing that they are going to throw in a free Newton (1992-93) with each purchase!!!  I'm sure they have a few lying around somewhere! LOL

Let's not forget about the clowns running these banks and there are plenty of them.  Getting themselves stuck with long term bond holdings.  Then paying 0.01% interest to depositors!   Obviously not able to attract more money.

The big downside to this tech will make people even lazier than they are now.  Users will rely in AI to do all the thinking for them.  More time for video games I guess as people continue the trend to stupider and lazier.

I just asked it to write an ABAP program (SAP's programming language) to get the current fiscal year for a company.  It worked!!!  You just need to be very specific about what you want.
