I don't think this will be anywhere like 2009 housing situation,
this one didn't go up on fraud, 5% down payments and no
underwriting standards. Anyone who's purchased or refinanced
a home in the last 3 year knows underwriters weren't lending to
people who weren't going to pay them back.. Price will probably
drop a little but given these low rates we aren't crashing.
Richest people in the world all have something in common and
I bet that the richest people you know probably all have the same
thing in common. They all own real estate. Find the best location
properties in this next 12 months and buy and hold.

system short or long?
Answer: Do
a search of AAPL (type in AAPL in the search under Keyword) and see
all the posts regarding the system which went long. Matt
posted last night some traditional charts which shows a monthly and
short term daily view. Not many involved in that system trade
since it was after hours on a Friday.
See Matt's comments on September 14th
and earlier this morning regarding the system trade.

reversed short on yesterday close.
Traditional candlestick exited and/or
short on GDX Monday and XLE last Thursday and something we have
been harping on employing recently with prices quite
extended.
