i would suggest its starting to break down now

my view is that spx is looking very very toppy now - sitting at 150ma line on 15 min - I can't see it going up anymore and I can see it falling down... whether that is today or perhaps pre-trading before tuesday who knows...

Its actually the US equivalent of "passing off". Its probably worth getting your lawyer to write a letter to Twitter saying the name belongs to your company and that the user should be disabled.
