Honestly I can't understand the reason for buying any EV other than Tesla. Without specialized supercharging network, it takes a few hours vs 30 min for Tesla - also much harder to find charging stations.

I feel like they thrown in at the low of June... along with some smart people and hedge funds. SQQQ total outstanding shares were at historical high. 

Personally I don't like overthinking Macro. Remeber in May/June 2020 there were many breath thrust signals and the macro was scary like hell. Our blog was a bit late to swtich to the new bull market thesis too on that one. No saying the same thing will happen again, but if we do take out the recent lows, at least we need lower highs & lower lows and some impulsive selling first.

Well cyclical bear market in a secular bull market on average is 9 month I believe - so NASDAQ could be argued to have gone through a cyclical bear. Many smaller growth stocks are down to the hell of course.

82% of S&P 500 stocks above 50 day average as of now - 85 is the thrust level for new bull market (90 is even better)

Seems like John Murphy and Minervini have been targeting that area even before the CPI

I generally agree with him - but it is extremely unlikely to be now. How long does it take is very hard to say - but there will be lots of evidence like the Russia-Ukraine war was warned for a long time.

David Ryan: The rally from 6/17 looks to be nearing the end. Today the market moved into 9 months of overhead supply and just above the the last rally high at S&P 500 4117. The reversal from the early morning strength is negative. Take profits and raise cash.

Agreed - trading is always an art that everyone does differently. I was trapped by some signals during the covid crash and was reluctent to buy for quite a while as well, but the system now seems to be working really well in this bear market after Matt refined it after covid. 

I look forward to more trades as well, in particular with those ETF trades are being implememted.

Actually have to correct my statement below after checking twitter - seems to be his long term SPY model instead of trading model. Don't know how the model is constructed but he seems to use a lot of inputs from Ned Davis.

That's interesting to know - There were lots of whipsaws with his signals from late 2020 to second half of last year (when I was a subscriber), but he seems to be pretty bullish and think we can potentially hit 200 day during this rally (also a good chance June low was "the" low from his point of view). 

Put Call ratio lowest in a while. Wondering if we get some ssystem short signals soon.
