Fundamentally they are set up for success with Redfin and acquired coop to service loans. If we see rates come down would be a massive refi wave. See if it plays out

Matt Per your comments on Kiss HP I think it’s a great idea to continue expanding the section and add more. That is a great  idea to break it down into tabs for stocks, commodities, US indexes, international will be a nice upgrade!
