Well, today wasn't exactly "manic", but you've got to hand it to the boys, they weren't gonna let Monday be a DOWN day, were they!?!

Gregor Gysi in the video is an idiot who doesn't know the first thing about markets, finance or economics,  but he did NOT say that there would be an important announcement on Friday. All he really blathered on about was the need to curb speculation against the euro, and that he didn't know what might happen next Friday, but that he was quite sure that they (he & the press) would meet again.
