VIX upper BB is currently 29.15, the VIX is currently ~24.50, so if the market holds up the VIX should give a market buy signal at the close.

We also have a clear symmetry break on SPX compared to previous bounces since the January high - 90 pts. In this crazy market, though, does a symmetry break really have the same meaning? Just over 1/2 that 90 pt break has retraced in the last 5 min, btw.

Matt, what about the bounces from the decline off the January high?  There were bounces on the 30th, 31st and Feb 1 of 17 to 25 pts. With this morning's 30.5 pt bounce, it's still is a symmetry break, just not as dramatic. Is there a rule, etc. I am missing.
