PRQR -  has a nice chart waiting to break out and decent intraday movement;  seems to fit the pattern favored by Matt and Steve

CBAY -  breaking above high from Oct 2021.   

As Ronald Reagan  once said, " we don't have a revenue problem, we have a spending problem!"     Yeah, add Ukraine to the heap of other military blunders like Afghanistan, Libya, Iraq, Viet Nam  . . . . . lost count.  trillions totally wasted with zero result.
