Yes, do that when you can. The worst that can happen is to be a little bit early on a 1st entry.

MAC a trade idea from last week at top of coil now, b/o or reversal? I got in at bottom of coil so good entry. Always struggle with when to get out though, I'm either too soon or too late. Haha Anyway, thanks for the trade ideas Matt.

Matt - I look forward to getting a Trading View link to these charts. I have been using the VIX/BB system you taught and am successful with it however knowing when to exit the trade is something I've struggled with, either getting out too soon or not soon enough. I monitor the link you posted in the sticky note at the top of the community page but these charts are even more complete and carry more detail. Thanks for all you do.

The 5 min chart triggered for me twice this a.m. at 8:20 and again at 10:40. Made 30 points on ES. Good day, great system. Thanks for everything Matt.

Yes, I use ToS for my setup. Set BB to 22 length and Std Dev 2.8 for longs and 2.2 for shorts as Matt suggests. I monitor 5 min chart with alerts but use 3 min, 10 min, & 15 min charts for confirmation as needed. When system triggers, I use 3 min chart to set stop loss and move it as the candles indicate. A few limited losses along the way but overall very profitable strategy. Biggest lesson learned: take profits when you have them and don't get greedy. Haha

I took this trade on the 5 min chart. Excellent trade, made  good $ and out in 25 minutes. Great strategy if you have time to pay attention to the charts.

Using the KISS tables, the System Trades, and this VIX BB method has turned my 30 year trading hobby from boom/bust to consistently profitable. I needed the discipline these methods bring.

A couple of days ago, you mentioned using a 3 min chart in conjunction with the 5 min chart to trigger a VIX BB entry on MES but didn't give any specifics. I searched but was unable to find anything else you had said about it. When you have time, could you outline how you use those charts together?

I usually follow the RTM trades that you post and I took the Trend/Pullback trade on ES last night when you mentioned it in your email and have a nice profit so far today! : )

You mentioned that you didn't take the trade last night because of being away from your computer. However, because I and possibly others did take the trade, would you post in the community or send an email when that trade closes out?

Following the system trades helps me keep the emotion and guesswork out of it.

I averaged in on the SPY Trend/Pullback trade last evening when your first email came out. I also took the MES Trend/Pullback trade. Didn't see your follow-up email that that MES trade did not trigger after all. I saw that this morning and was going to put a tight stop on the MES trade and hope for the best. Well, the best just happened. Thanks Matt for that quick trade.

I agree on stopping the alarm prices. I don't use them either. I set my own alarms because I'm trading MY PLAN (hat tip: Steve).
