Every rally is getting sold - agree with no man's land.  Was hoping some other systems might trigger.  Worried about 200 day at 4200.  That is a big drop from here.

On a volatility system like the VIX or OVX, once you get the signal, is there a target for the move for the underlying instrument or for volatility index to theoretically take profits at?

So to clarify, because I've seen some questions in the community here, if the VIX now closes above its lower Bollinger band, that would be a SELL signal on the S&P.   Is that correct?  Does it have to happen within a certain number of days or just needs to close above it at some point?  Thank you
