Just a quick note/reminder on

Posted by mammon531 on 3rd of Jan 2026 at 08:27 am

Just a quick note/reminder on the ES/MES levels provided from the Smashelito website ( Smashelito (@smashelito) / X).  This is the reference given by Steve/Matt.  I have been using this and getting both a weekly and daily email from the site and found it to be very informative and quite accurate for trading the levels.    Just wanted to pass along my experience in case you are thinking of using it.    It's a good supplement for Matt's weekend/weekday newsetters.   A snippet (summary) example of the daily email from 1/2/26 is provided below.  Friday, the 6935 level was achieved prior to pulling back.

Going into tomorrow’s session, I’ll closely observe the behavior around 6897.

  • Break and hold above 6897 would target  6912 / 6935 / 6952
  • Holding below 6897 would target 6970 / 6842

Additionally, pay attention to the following VIX levels: 15.66and 14.24.These levels can provide confirmation of strength or weakness.

  • Break and hold above 6952 with VIX below 14.24 would confirm strength.
  • Break and hold below 6842 with VIX above 15.66would confirm weakness.

Overall, it's important to exercise cautionwhen trading outside of the highlighted yellow levels. A non-cooperative VIX may suggest possible reversals i.e trade setups.

AZ:   This is the response on my question about the short report from Pelican, Matt, you were correct, they are not addressing it.

"Thanks for your interest in the conference call and submitting your question.

As we have a huge volume of questions, we are answering some in advance.

Re your question on the short report, we won’t be addressing it in any way. We will continue to execute on our business plan and focusing on the opportunities we have been presented with.

We have a very strong cash balance, multiple contracts, a world class management team which you will see first hand tomorrow and the stock will figure itself out.

Engaging in a dialogue with a poorly written report is a waste of everyones time."

Thank you Eric, posts like this that highlight and inform are very helpful to me given I do not have a lot of trading experience.   The best value I get out of these type of posts is understanding how the different sectors and etf's are interrelated, and, the process used to make more holistic approach to the market.  Many thanks.

Yes, they need some really great news, I'm one of those investors whose confidence is in the tank.    POS, for now, yes!

Hello Matt, it has bothered

Posted by mammon531 on 28th of Nov 2025 at 11:58 am

Hello Matt, it has bothered me that the spx cash has not gone back long (along with Upro/SSO, etc) and that it stopped out by less than a $1.    Can you comment on this move up and what it will take for SPX to go long again.

God Bless Steve, enjoy the journey with your loved ones.   Thanks for all, I definitely learned a lot but will forget without your pounding the table...

Just checked the inverse ETF's

SPXU 30 min KISS

Posted by mammon531 on 18th of Nov 2025 at 04:56 pm

Just checked the inverse ETF's on the website and SPXU triggered on 11/13, I don't recall if I got the text or not since I delete quite often.

BURLINGTON, Vt.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Teucrium Trading, LLC (the “Sponsor”), the sponsor of Teucrium Wheat Fund (“WEAT”), announced today that it will execute a one-for-five reverse share split that will be effective for holders of WEAT shares at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on November 24, 2025. Shares of WEAT will trade at their post-split prices on November 25, 2025. WEAT’s ticker symbol, “WEAT,” and shares of WEAT will continue to trade on the NYSE Arca, under a new CUSIP number: 88166A870.

The reverse share split will reduce the number of WEAT’s shares outstanding and will result in a proportionate increase in the net asset value per share (“NAV”) of WEAT. As a result of the reverse share split, WEAT’s shareholders on November 25, 2025 will receive one post-split share of WEAT for every five pre-split shares of WEAT they hold. Immediately after the reverse share split is effective, WEAT’s post-split shares will have an NAV that is five times higher than that of pre-split shares.

The reverse share split will affect all of WEAT’s shareholders. The reverse share split will not affect any WEAT shareholder’s percentage interest in WEAT, except to the extent that the reverse share split results in a WEAT’s shareholder receiving cash in the transaction. The NYSE Arca does not permit the trading of fractional shares. For WEAT’s shareholders who hold quantities of WEAT shares that are not an exact multiple of WEAT’s reverse share split ratio (a multiple of 5) the share split will result in the creation of a fractional share. WEAT’s shareholders otherwise entitled to fractional shares as a result of the reverse share split will receive cash in lieu of such fractional shares, which may cause some shareholders to realize gains or losses, which could be a taxable event for those shareholders.

Also, as a result of the reverse share split, WEAT may have outstanding, with respect to certain of its authorized purchasers, aggregations of less than 25,000 shares required to make a creation basket, or a so-called “odd-lot share”. Each of WEAT’s authorized purchasers will be provided with a one-time opportunity to redeem any odd-lot shares resulting from the reverse share split.

Yeah, saw that, nice work!
