it just moved too fast for me and I got caught trying to play catch up.

Good point

It took me years to be able to accurately read and apply raw data weather charts on a consistent basis. And that was when I was young, with some of that training in a classroom.

It just popped up. What kind of pattern is that? Or is there a pattern at all? No comments on the chart. What would it measure to?

Thanks

I'm not a pro

I got "Boiled" today

Posted by ragwing on 26th of Apr 2012 at 12:32 pm

So what I need are recommendations, in plain language. I am neither an artist, so I don't see the patterns as well as others, especially when I am away a couple days working and wind up reviewing 2 or 3 days worth of newsletters at once.

Boil has been in a downtrend channel for over a month. If I had bought in the channel two weeks ago, I would be at a loss. Once it got out of the channel it went fast. I am no good at picking bottoms and the comments with the daily chart yesterday and Tuesday were too vague for my thick skull.

Wonder how many here made money on this one.

I don't get the point of this post.

Should I be watching this for another move or...?

I got "Boiled" today

Caution this thing is volatile. Guess I will stick with things on the WL or TI list, and filter out the newsletter ideas. Nuts!

GGN generates cash for distribution through trading calls. I have owned it for years and a premium has never been a concern, unless I was trading it in short term bouts.

That looks like a great read with your custom MACD histogram. I missed BOIL, however. As you pointed out on the video about the "low risk long entry".. I would never see that, so I need a wake up call when those types of events occur.

Maybe someday, I'll have the skill, knowledge and time to ferret those things out. Thanks for the lesson.

For anyone using a Linux OS that has trouble with the format; right click on the newsletter in the calendar, use "inspect element" then click on the "A" above that newsletter in the calendar. Then the Gnome media player will load and run the audio.

However, Matt/Steve, my employer will be requiring us to use issued IPAD's soon and I have no control over what programs can be downloaded, so when that time comes, I may be unable to use the new format. My company does use flash currently.

I don't intend to carry two devices with me to work or travelling.

Can't follow

Tuesday Newsletter

The charts did not load this AM, but just got links with numbers. That is okay, but unless you announce the chart number you are commenting on, it is hard to follow. Sometimes I just listen to comments, while shaving, etc...

Although it logically shouldn't it seems affected by spot gold prices. What might be even more instructive is an overly of this and $GOLD

I bought them both Monday.

GDX moving above 5 SMA

If it closes above, would that signal a long with the BPGDM system?

Don't forget UAN.
