Fundamentally they are set up for success with Redfin and acquired coop to service loans. If we see rates come down would be a massive refi wave. See if it plays out

Matt Per your comments on Kiss HP I think it’s a great idea to continue expanding the section and add more. That is a great  idea to break it down into tabs for stocks, commodities, US indexes, international will be a nice upgrade!

Is QLD 60 better than QLD 78?  #LFG!

why not keep both?  seems like they both get the job done, the returns are similar.  If you did a 50/50% blend of each I bet you improve the returns because there are a few years the sso 78 did better, and other years it did not do much worse.  

are you able to run a backrest using 50% in  SSO 60 & 50% in SSO 78?

Seems like the spx & spy 130, spx 78 superior to spy

KISS!!!  Im reviewing the newsletter right now..Chart 22 is the Daily QQQ high performance system and it says it went long on 4/9!!!!!  I never received a text, and the table still shows FLAT.    This is unacceptable...This is the second time there was a bug with SPY 78.  We are paying for this service and its not working...

Hello everyone, this is Matt developer of the KISS system. Recently added a huge improvement to the strategy code that appears to improve trade stats by 20% to as much as 60% in some cases.  Also, there are less STS stops to manage as well.  I will be slowly replacing all the HP KISS strategies with the new versions. It will take some time to complete the process. at what level does it exit?

Matt per your post in the high performance section what do you mean by model portfolios?  I like the format now so if your going to add model portfolios create another tab. I like to pick and chose what I want to trade. 

On a side note great improvement on the updated  SPY 78 system. Whatever you did can you add that logic to UPRO 78, SSO 78, QLD 78, & daily QQQ & .INX !!  

Weekly Kiss Spx was hit.  Does that go to a sell, or on a friday close?

HP-- Last time we had 3 L's in a row with SSO 78 was in September of 2020 after the covid crash.  Last time UPRO 78 had 3 L's was in May 2019.  pretty rare....
