for any other night owls, looks like a possible MACD kiss setting up on the 15 min ES... 

Sent them a similar message and immediately got this response in my email:

"Thank you for contacting us. We apologize that the missing intraday data for March 13th has not yet been posted to the chart. Our data vendor is working hard to recover the missing intraday data from that day and as soon as that happens, our data team will post the data to the chart.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We do hope to have this data as soon as possible.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or comments about our website.

Hey Matt/Steve/James, just checking to see if the KISS tables haven't refreshed for everyone or if it's an issue on my end...? 

I'm still just seeing EOD 2/13.... 

I am in the system trade but was trying to judge entering more long positions… ended up buying the touch of the trendline and picking up more on the intraday symmetry break… but also just generally trying to better understand flats as I find them challenging to recognize and grok. Relatively new to EW compared to many here… 

not trying to second guess the system stuff…

I guess my question is how do you know it’s an expanded flat playing out vs a running flat? Trying to understand if there’s some indication I’m not recognizing… 

does that mean a likely undercut of yesterday’s low before pushing back up to complete the impulse up? Or does it not need to undercut the low to be an expanded flat? Thanks…

I can't of course speak to why/when systems should trigger but I can say in my experience that often  the systems are nail biters as they are taking positions one way when the market seems to be going the other.. but the stats are the stats and while it still is always going to sting when there's a big losing trade (and moreso i'm sure if you don't have a consistent history of personal wins with the system)  over time it's really hard to find a complaint about something that provides so many winning trades. Look at the trades from last year and while it was an incredible year there were a few trades that sucked. That's just how it goes and getting my head around that and being able to zoom out at the bigger picture has helped my trading both within the systems and outside of it. 

Also looks like an A showing up on the 10min MES chart…
