BPT Mechanical Systems Alert

This is an alert about BPT Mechanical Systems:

Another ugly day, typical Friday and uncertainty before the weekend with folks not wanting to go home over an uncertain weekend

The mean reversion systems continue to scale in, we've been through this dozens of times over the last decade plus but it's never fun. The systems will exit only after a bounce and prices could still go much lower first. Keep that in mind and I underdressed if people are nervous and wish to be conservative.  One could be be hedged with inverse ETF's or if you need to limit exposure instead of taking every subs system trade, just follow 1 system or 2 systems, not all of them.

SPY mean reversion systems:

- 2nd entry on QE 3.2. Website we show 20K of SSO ETF.  (again realize these are simply guides, if you end up taking these trades ONLY do what position size is comfortable for you)
- RSI oversold 3rd entry, for the website we show 20K of UPRO

MES mean reversion systems:

- 1st entry on QE 3.2: two MESM26 contracts or 1 if wish to be conservative
- 1st entry Bull Exhaustion: two MESM26 contracts or 1 if wish to be conservative
- 1st entry RSI oversold: two MESM26 contracts or 1 if wish to be conservative

again this is a very fluid dynamic market with the IRAN situation. Only trade what you feel comfortable with.  These systems go through these at least once a year never fun and always scary and we could go lower.  That said it's my job to report what the mean reversion systems are doing

Matt's Macro Energy plays and agriculture plays are doing extremely well
