The RSI 40 for ES futures is staying long

The Trend/Pullback for both SPY and ES are exiting. That said I do have a version of the Trend/Pullback that holds for more of a swing, see second chart. 

so what I'm going to do for official trades for the website is this: 

- Exiting MES Trend/Pullback fully near the 5 pm EST close
- Exiting 1/2 of the SPY Trend/Pullback - keeping the other 1/2 outside of the system - if you want to follow the systems fully you would just exit
- RSI 40 long for MES futures is staying long
